Hi y'all, it's Brittany and welcome back to Bliss of Frit the podcast. Today we're talking about how to recenter yourself in bliss when those times come that you feel a little shaken. I've been getting back into the law of attraction. I've been reading The Secret. I absolutely adore that book right now. And one of the passages that it is talking about is your thoughts are beautiful wishes that you send out into the world. You're pouring your energy into your thoughts. However, sometimes a vain imagining can pop into your head, or you can have a you can have an intrusive thought that plagues your mind. And sometimes it can be a little like you're stuck and you're like, what am I gonna do? Like this thought is in my head. I don't like this thought, it's not one that I align with. What do I do? And it talks about the best thing to do when you come across a thought or a state of being that shakes you, that it feels a little less, feels more negative, is change your feelings. And the best way to change your feelings is through what we're gonna be talking about today, which is gonna be calling upon your joy in the present moment. And when I was reading The Secret, the book, it was, it was it said one of the easiest, they call it secret shifters, which is basically your toolkit to joy, whatever it is, the things that you like to do that bring you back into the feeling of happiness, joy, love to bring you back into that vibration because you are a beautiful magnet to whatever lines in your being. So if you're in a state of peace, joy, and love, you're attracting more of that. And if you're if you're honing in on negativity, that is what you will begin to notice surrounding you. So to get out of that negativity, you use any of these alignments to bliss that we're gonna talk about, or maybe I don't even mention it, and it's just personal to you. But the one that they mentioned, it is literally just smiling for a minute. And I read that and then I tried it right after, and I was like, you know what? I'm putting it in my toolkit because it truly works. I like it. Just trying to smile, to giggle, to laugh. It's being intent on living a life of bliss means that when you encounter an uncomfortable situation, you use your toolkit to help center yourself and bring yourself back to a state of joy in it. Um, I think the most simple form of the toolkit is simply, like I was talking about, changing your feelings, changing your vibe, soothing yourself, and then going back to joy, transmuting the situation that is making you uncomfortable, it's making you fearful. That's whatever it is, if you feel let down, transmuting that situation into okay, a million of doors just open, millions of doors just open, recognizing quote-unquote rejection for a beautiful redirection. That's a beautiful little avenue to transmute your life. It's all about, I think that's the better word, transmuting, not even using any of these like shifter words. It's quite literally just transmuting, how to transmute. Only you know how you transmute it, only you know how you take a pain, take a confusion, and transform it into your deepest, most purest blessing. And the most simple way to do it is like I said, just stating it. Everything is working out for me, the universe is conspiring in my favor. And in that, believing in this moment, I don't, I mean, I'll be able to see how this is gonna work out in my favor, but my belief that I know it's working out in my favor is stronger than any of that, and it's also reminding yourself and believing that whatever good thought you have is a thousand times more powerful than any thought that can bring you pain. And it's just recognizing that love is the strongest force. Love always wins. But the smiling for a minute one that I heard that one, and I was like, go into my toolkit. Some more that are in my toolkit that I really like is using music. Music is something that really soothes my soul. And how I utilize music as a transmuter is I make playlists that center on a certain type of feeling. When I play those playlists, they really take me there. And it just feels like I believe this playlist, what do I call it? I can't recall what the name is on the playlist, but the energy that it's calling on is this beautiful harmony to life, this beautiful love, this beautiful faith. It has um tell me the truthfully by Solange that song in it. And the if you listen to the lyrics of the song, you'd be like, girl, why is that in your playlist? But no one can tell you what does it for you. And that song does it for me because it talks about it's talking about a breakup, but the way that I see it is recognizing when something ends, millions of opportunities begin. So when I listen to that song, I just feel like every door opening, all the bountifulness in my life, and that is what it's calling on. There's another song in there from a movie I watched. I heard that song and I caught it, and I was like, that's going in my toolkit. That song speaks to me. So that song is in there. Whenever I listen to it, it's like it's called Quietly Yours, I believe, by Birdie. And that song, same vibe as the Solange song, but it's it feels more um that song is more like kind of. I want to say lullaby, but it's not really a lullaby. It's because it's Solange sounds more dancy, but this song, it just sounds more like I would dance to it more like acoustically. That's not the word, contemporary. It sounds more contemporary, and for the whenever I listen to Quietly Yours, it's the same bountifulness, but it's more centered on like this love all around and within me. And it's just as I listen to that song, as I sang that song, as I dance and do yoga to that song, I just feel myself falling into harmony with the beauty all around and within me. So, music is definitely a catalyst for bliss for me. It brings me straight to bliss, and it's important to have that call on it whenever I need it. And with music, I'll say growing up, I had this judgment towards some people when it came to the music that they listened to. It was very, but the thing is, what I had to recognize was it's not a judgment towards that person, it's more of an alignment to me. It's more of a something to recognize and be aware of within myself. If I hear this song and it makes me uncomfortable, that's not a genre that brings me to bliss. That's a genre that I will not intently listen to, and I'll listen to another one. You don't know what I say, one man's trash is another man's treasure. You never know what a gift, something could be to someone else that when you see that gift, it's you don't you hate, like you just disdain it. You don't like the gift. One man's trash is another man's treasure, and it doesn't even, the thing is not trash. There is purpose in all things. I'll even say there's like some content that I had like kind of like stick my nose up to in the past. I didn't appreciate the clickbaitiness of it. I didn't appreciate the it just felt very low vibrational to me. But the thing is, you don't know what that content is doing for another person. You don't know that the the escape that is bringing to them in their life path. And I pray that it is a healthy escape. I hope it is bringing them to bliss, but you never know. Everything is, I believe everything is working out in our favor. There's purpose and all things. And if it's not bringing you bliss, if it's not an avenue to bliss for you, I encourage you to leave it behind, but don't throw dirt on it. Rather, just be grateful for the awareness of okay, this is in my toolkit, and that's not in my toolkit, and that's okay. It's it's in somebody else's toolkit for what will be, will be, and what will not be, will not be. What is for me is for me. What isn't for me, it isn't for me. It's all about trusting that and knowing that and taking what belongs and leaving what doesn't belong, and because judgment, that's not an avenue to bliss for me. That's not in my bliss toolkit. So judgment is something that I'm releasing, and I believe that you should too, because everyone is just doing their best for their happiness and their comfort and different levels of ignorance, and it's not to judge another person for their ignorance, it's rather just learn. Because who are we to know what aligned is and what isn't aligned for another person? All we can know is if their presence is aligned in our life or not, or whatever the thing is is aligned in our life or not. So to further the conversation on our toolkits, like I said, I have music, I have playlists that are more spiritual, I have playlists that are more dancey, I have a Justin Bieber playlist right now, his Coachella set spoke to me. I really liked it. So he's in my playlist right now. I have some Sabrina in my playlist right now. I have affirmation songs, I have more oldies, I have so many different playlists that whenever I'm feeling a type of way, I want to call on a type of feeling, I can play it and it's aligned. And music is in my toolkit. Um, what's another thing when it comes to like rituals? Like music, it's a ritual as well, but sometimes I like I like baths, I like saunas. I want to get into saunning. I can just tell that it's in alignment for me. I used to really like cold plunges, and that was in my toolkit. However, I naturally grew out of it and replaced it with other things in my toolkit. And lately, well, I don't do it too often, but whenever I'm really in need and I feel overwhelmed, I have a nice spiritual bath in my toolkit. I have bath salts, I have salts from the mystical apothecary, beads and potions, I have whatever I need, at bubbles, maybe a bath bomb to make myself a true experience at home, or maybe in your toolkit is going and getting a massage somewhere else. Like it is quite literally whatever speaks to your soul. Daily, what do you do? Do you have a prayer routine? Do you have a rising routine? Do you have a meditation routine? Like we talked about in our um episode last week. Whatever your belief is, whatever your beliefs are, they're meant for you. However, you interact with whatever your beliefs are, that's meant for you. So, what do you do that makes you feel the most aligned, that feels like a communion with the divine? Doing that daily. Personally, I like to um I have like a, I guess you'd call them like a little affirmation prescription that I like to read every day, some prescriptions of affirmations to read to myself every day out loud. Sit in the mirror, say something to myself in the mirror, simple prayer. I've been doing this meditation routine lately where I check into each of my chakras and I pour love into each of my chakras, and then after that I do love within, love all around, beauty within, beauty all around. I breathe in the love and I breathe out the love, and I feel myself just becoming one with the beautiful love in the universe and power in the universe. And another thing, I know there's a word for it, I believe it's of Hawaiian origins, but it's saying, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. And it's just cleansing all the fear away from a thing and just pouring all the love into it and the belief and the goodness of it, and the belief and forgiveness, and the belief of love always winning. And that's something I like to say, just into the universe. I like to say it to myself. If I feel like in a situation I didn't stand up for myself, if I feel like I didn't truly honor myself, like I did as much as I could, but even then there's a part of me that felt unseen. That's in my toolkit to say to myself. And I even have songs that harbor on that emotion to sing to myself. It's preparing yourself for greatness, preparing yourself for your bliss, exploring yourself, getting to know yourself better than you know anyone in this world, better than you know any celebrity, any influencer, any TV show, any song, knowing yourself more and knowing where are your avenues for alignment, where are your catalysts for growth, and knowing that you are worthy for growth, you're worthy of alignment, you're worthy of bliss, and therefore when you experience something that feels like a when you experience a situation better when you experience thoughts and emotions that don't feel like the most positive, they feel more low vibrational. When you come across those, you get better at transmuting those moments into a positive. Instead of feeling those emotions and just feeling feet down and what was me, and getting down on yourself or feeling an emotion that is natural, transmuting it and seeking the truth in it, seeking the purpose in it, and in that returning back to your peace, returning back to your bliss, and living the life of joy, bliss that you deserve, because you do just you do deserve it. And these avenues they're not meant to hide your emotions, they're not meant to be a catalyst of ignoring what's glaring at you to be addressed. No, they're just ways of growing through what you're gro what you go through. For sometimes you'll experience an experience that calls upon way more bliss, way more, what's the word, patience, way more alignment. And when those times come, it's important to not let it fully shake you, but rather remind yourself of your faiths and yourself in your bliss, reach in your reach in your toolkit. Therefore, you're in a place where you can truly seek the purpose in it and grow with that purpose in it. And that's the beautiful gift of living, that's a beautiful gift of experiences, is awareness and growing and growth. And I just I encourage you to live with passion and purpose. And the best way personally for me to do that is to center myself and allow myself to be aligned and releasing all that does not serve me. And when I reach into this toolkit, I release all that does not serve me. I can read a book that I know that reminds me of my power. I can sing a song that makes me feel limitless. I can sit in the sun and full be filled with glow. I can meditate and remind myself that I get to control my thoughts, I get to control my emotions, and I get to choose a better thought, I get to choose a better emotion. I can play with my cats and remind myself of the beautiful love within them, remind myself of my capability to love, that I get to care and I get to love and remind myself that there is so much beauty all around and within me. And even if I get the opportunity to experience sadness or anger, whatever it is, reminding myself that it is a beautiful gift of life to have this passion to care. Those are all gifts. So therefore, in those gifts, I'm gonna care for me, I'm gonna soothe my soul, I'm gonna take a nice shower, I'm gonna put some beautiful lotion on. That's another one lately for me is I I finally got like a good shower routine that like feels like Britney, like the scents feel so good. Like I've always showered, but like this past month, I got products that make me feel very, like, very put together and very Britney. I got a lotion that I like to put on after the shower, a body butter, I guess is what they're called. And I got this scent in the shower. That's the name. I'll make a video of it in the future, but it's the best body wash I've ever felt in my life, and it just feels so luxurious. So as I'm showering, reminding myself of how worthy I am of this time and attention and care and patience, and to be clean and to take a shower and to be loved intently. And that's a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful gift. For some people, it's literally just taking a nice nap, going to sleep. That's one of my mom. She works it out in her sleep, and that's one of her toolkits that she knows if she's feeling overwhelmed. Take a good nap, take a good sleep, return back to herself, return back to her, the divinity, the divine. And she's good. Some people taking a walk in nature, some people sitting outside. One of mine that I didn't mention yet is bird watching. I love bird watching. I like hearing the birds. I love it, I adore it. It's a beautiful gift to me and to my bliss. It's figuring out what is your avenue to bliss, what makes you feel the most at home, what makes you feel the most blissful, and don't take that awareness for granted. Utilizing that awareness by noting it and using it in your favor when you feel yourself slipping into thoughts that don't truly align with you, that you don't wish to live in, if you don't wish to live in a negative state of being, when you feel yourself slipping into a belief that you have left behind, a belief that you do not align with, calling upon these things that raise your vibration and utilizing them, utilizing them not to bury your being, but utilizing them to raise your vibration so that you're at a state where you can truly transmute your experience, become inspired. And I'm telling you, the door will open for you. Wherever you're meant to go, you will be led to it when you are in this state of a peace, of bliss, of happiness, simply in a state of believing that there is better. Because even in the action, simply in the action of calling upon your toolkit to bliss, you're reminding yourself of the truth. I'm worthy of this life I deserve. I'm worthy of bliss, I'm worthy of miracles, I'm worthy of wonders. So even if you're trying and it's not working, just in the just in the choosing the tool, you just affirmed yourself that I'm worthy, and therefore you're pulling to yourself. Everything is working out for you. It's working out for you in that moment. You just quite literally affirmed it. And in that act, it is magic, and everything is working out for you. It's all about, like I said, sending yourself to see it from a better point of view, to transmute it from a better vibration, from a more aligned vibration. And instead of judging, simply aligning, choosing love, choosing peace. And I encourage you to note your own toolkit. Note what you like to use as a transmuter, what helps you to what raises your vibration? What raises your vibration? What do you like? What truly betters you in the moment? What soothes your soul? What returns you back to home? What reminds you of your magic? What makes you feel bound to bound to full? What makes you feel limitless? What reminds you of the love surrounding you and within you? What reminds you of the magic in this world? What makes you feel beautiful, what makes you feel sexy, what makes you feel magnetic, what makes you feel irresistible to all of your divine desires. Call upon those things and you can write them down, simply note them. And when you're at when you're in a time of need, or even when you're not in a time of need, just simply. Don't take your alignments for granted. Utilize these alignments and watch in awe as everything works out in your favor and watch in awe as you begin to live the most aligned, beautiful, pure life of your dreams. I love you. Beauty is all around and within you. Later. This was Busliff. I think I said that at the case.
